All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday schedules.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Tajae Mahal Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, colored, altered, or otherwise used.
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
